Ever since I discovered shipped hatching eggs as a kid, I enjoyed ordering and hatching my own. I frequently hatched different breeds of fowl as a hobby just for fun and gifted the birds away. I know how disappointing it can be to purchase eggs and not have anything hatch after waiting several weeks to a month. If you purchase a dozen eggs from Lavish Farms and you get a 0% hatch, we will replace the eggs for a shipping cost of $21. *Please note, we must be contacted within 31 days of the original purchase to honor. This is honored one time per customer. This is subject to availability and will be honored as soon as we're able to supply the eggs. This listing is for 6 Ancona Duck Hatching eggs. If available, we will do our best to send an extra in case of breakage in transit. The eggs will be unwashed as washing removes the egg's natural defenses against bacteria. Ancona ducks are our only breed of duck here on the farm so these eggs are not mixed with any other breeds. We currently have a mixed flock of black & white as well as blue & white. We keep one drake to 4 females in hopes of high fertility rates, but we're unable to guarantee hatching rates as there are too many variables beyond the control of the buyer and the seller. No refunds will be provided. Eggs are typically collected within a few days before shipping, many times they are collected and shipped same day. Once the eggs are delivered, we recommend letting the eggs "rest" for 24 hours with the pointy end down, before you start the incubation process to allow the air bubble to settle. I will only ship Monday through Thursday. If eggs are purchased outside of these days, they will be shipped the following Monday. If you have any questions, please reach out before placing an order.
