This map came out an atlas book, page 53 noting at bottom of page “Entered according to the Congress on the year 1860 by S Augustus Mitchell Jr. in the Clerk’ Office of the District Court for the U.S. for Eastern District of Pennsylvania”. The map including border measures approximately 15 ½ inches by 12 ½ inches. The map only is approximately 13 ¼ inches by 10 ½ inches. The border has frayed edges and some tears. The map does not have any tears. This map is very fragile and is over 160 years old. The countries have changed significantly from that era to today. See pictures for details.
