It's in good condition with some typical for age wrinkling ~ see hi res scan. Flip side has ads for Roger's Groups Statuary and Columbia Bicycles / Tricycles (see hi res scan). The ad will be enclosed in a plastic sheet protector and shipped flat in a manila envelope with cardboard stiffener and 'do not bend' sticker, via USPS First Class Large Envelope stamped mail.
