Description: Antique, original photo featuring the SS West Katan ship. The ship was launched in 1919. It looks like some men were possibly doing some work on it in the photo, so I'm guessing this photo was taken c. 1919 - early 1920s, latest. You get a good sense of just how massive this ship was from the vantage point of the photographer. Photo measures approximately 3" x 5".
