Title page has small tatter at inside margin near the gutter but aside for this is overall very clean with pages only having very light toning from age. Book's binding is tight and the book is structurally very well intact. Book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors. Book totals 320 pages, measures approximately 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 2 1/4 pounds.
