Antique Bastian Bros RBE of All 1913 Watch Fob

Description: Metal is 1.5" in diameter with a loop on the top and 1" diameter blue enamel center with the letters "R B E" and the words "OF ALL" in the middle. I am not sure of the metal - maybe pewter. Marked on the back: Bastian Bros Co N.Y. Patented March 11, 1913 Please see the photos for details. Thanks for looking.
