Description: A 7 3/4 inch wide AUTHENTIC ANTIQUE souvenir plate from BLOOMFIELD MONTANA. This plate has a very COLORFUL hand painted floral/flower scene of GREEN LEAVES w/ RED & YELLOW ROSES all around it. It is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE plate dating from the late 1800s - early 1900's period, well over a CENTURY OLD. Plate reads: "Souvenir of / Bloomfield, Mont." Backside of plate has "C. P. CO." initials which stand for Crown Porcelain Company, under a picture of a Crown. Condition: Plate is in excellent clean condition. The colors are strong, wording legible, NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc. It does have glaze crazing/crackling, aged in the surface of the glaze, but does not go into the porcelain. This is actually an attribute of its age and gives it just a taste of that rustic look. The plate holder is NOT part of this sale, it is just a prop to hold the plate for photo'ing.
