Description: Antique Capodimonte Large Covered Soup Tureen with Ladle 15 inches wide with handles x 12.5 inches tall Very old tureen with muted pastel colors compared to more modern pieces. This covered dish is in excellent used condition. It shows little sign of wear and has only a few chips on the flower petals. These are shown as clearly as possible in several photos. The only other chip we could find is at the opening in the lid for the ladle and one under the lid rim. None of which detract from the overall beauty of this old porcelain serving container. It would make a beautiful display piece or even better - use it as intended and enjoy it.
