Description: This is a lovely Antique Closed Mouth Depose Tete Jumeau Doll Bte S.G.D.G.. She is a number 12 and She is about 26" tall and is from 1885+. She is wearing her Antique dress ( Dress is wonderful and I bought her in France many years ago). Her dark brown wig is a human hair wig ( antique but may not be her original) and she still has her original stringing spring in her head and her cork pate. She has beautiful Brown paperweight eyes. Her body has the talking voice box but the string is pulled out. Her outfit is beautiful and has antique hat. Her French Antique shoes have no marking on the soles. Her body is composition with a Jumeau Paper label. Her head is perfect and what you see on each side of the head is a small splits and is not considered damage but it often happen with some dolls in the firing of the head and is going nowhere. She has no hairlines or chips. She has a small basket with a little antique bisque doll in the basket Please look at her pictures.
