Description: This happens to be a very unique lot of NYC history. I bought it during an online auction during covid lockdown. It came with various other recognizable NYC photographs which I wanted. This lot was deemed as someone from the Vanderbilt historic family, paid the New York City Parks department the right to photograph around NYC.
