Description: Antique Early Primitive Hand Made 29” Heavy Duty Pry Bar Old Blacksmiths Tool. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail to the United States only. Please look at pictures this is the piece you will receive. This pry bar has a lot of ware and rust and is still in good working condition. At first I thought that there may have been a missing handle or other parts to this piece. But under that end where it has been mashed down from being hit many times. I can make out some threads and the slot below it looks like a slot for a key way. So I believe this may have been a old axle that was made into a primitive pry bar. This piece is made from one 1-1/8 inch round piece of steel. It has been flattened and bent with a uneven V cut into the end. As you move to the other end it is tapered to 1 inch round until it gets to the slot on the end where the taper becomes much steeper. The length is around 29 inches. The pry Bar is around 2 inches wide on the prying side of the bar. One side of V is around 1 inch and the other side is 13/16 inches. Weight is around 6 pounds 14oz. Any questions please ask.
