Description: Antique Fine Porcelain Bluebird Bowl Lid - Hand Painted - Japan This is a delicate translucent Fine Porcelain lidded bowl , made in Japan. It has a white interior and is beautifully decorated on both the lid and bowl with multiple bluebirds and branches with green, cream and gold accents on the rim and on the handle. Very fine Japanese Porcelain as light passes thru it. I do not know when this was made but I am estimating very early 20th Century. Measures: 8" wide handle to handle x 4" high. 6" in diameter. Marked on Saucer: Made in Japan. There are no chips or cracks. Amazing it still exists in this condition. I believe in WYSIWYG - What you see is what you get.
