Antique, very scarce, nearly a century and a quarter old early 20th century hardcover book in overall very good to near fine condition. Book is stated as 'second edition' though I could find no other copy of the book, a first or a second currently for sale any where online. Exterior of the book is overall clean and well intact with a bump to the outer edge of the front cover as well as some very vague soiling marks. Gold gilded and embossed title and design tot he front cover is well intact. Interior of the book is overall clean with former owner's name stamp in ink on front endpapers. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. At least two page leaf fore edges towards the back of the book are still uncut (see image 12). Book includes two papers that were found inside of it pertaining to electrically fireproofed wood. Illustrations still retain their tissue leaf paper overlays. Book totals 131 pages, measures approximately 7 1/2 x 6 x 5/8 inches and weighs about 3/4 of a pound.
