Description: Beautiful lighter weight French cotton in a sweet old fashioned vining roses floral pattern. The design is inspired by much earlier French chintz type designs. Lovely hues in the pink, lavender & warm apricot family. My deeper photos are best. Not sheer but a soft lighter weight cotton. Most likely a dress cotton of it’s period though would be lovely in curtain type pieces as well. The scale is smaller/mid range. Perfect for quilting, home pieces, clothing elements as well as larger scale doll/bear dressing. Circa is about the 1920's on this piece from Ille de France, France. **Condition is very nice, good and strong~ probably lightly used in it's former life as I found some old threads at the edges. Hues are still beautiful, I’d say a hint overall mellowed by time. **Measures aprox 33” in wide by 39” ~ I keep your length selected uncut, so 2 selected would be 33” wide by 78” long. Many thanks!
