Description: This elegant antique cut glass bowl is beautifully etched, and the rim has sterling silver floral overlay. It's a large bowl, measuring 11.75" in diameter and it's 3.5" deep. It's marked on the bottom, with the diamond shape and H in the middle, the mark of Heisey glass. The Heisey Company operated in Newark, Ohio from 1895 until 1957. The company was known for its fine glassware. This bowl is in excellent condition, with normal wear and some silver loss, as can be expected for its age. The sterling polishes up beautifully. There are no chips or cracks in this beautiful bowl.
