Description: Gorgeous antique Higgins & Seiter collector plate. It is 8 1/4 " and has beautiful painted sandpipers with a green edge. Exact age is unknown. There is an area on the plate that was chipped then repaired by someone but I have used this plate myself and it didn't bother me. There is light wear also but the plate can still be used. It is just so pretty!
