Vintage and Antique items are old and used so they may show wear and/or manufacturers imperfections. These items are sold in as-is condition. Colors may appear slightly different due to the nature of color variation from monitor to monitor. Any white spots on image are reflections from camera flash. Items have often been used for many years and can have normal signs of aging or handling, and gilt can have signs of slight disintegration even if never handled. I will reflect any damages, repairs, obvious stress marks, crazing or heavy wear in the item description but some minor scratches, nicks, stains and gilt disintegration can be normal for vintage items and need to be taken into account. There is widespread confusion on the internet about the difference between a nick or flake and a chip; or between glazing lines, hairlines and cracks. I will reflect any damage as truthfully as I can: i.e. a nick or flake is a tiny bit of surface glaze damage smaller than 1mm and a chip is something you can easily see with the eye; a glazing line is a break in the glazing only; a hairline is extremely tight and/or superficial and not picked up by the finger; and a crack is obvious both to the eye and the finger. I try to be as accurate as I can and please feel free to ask questions or request more detailed pictures! Please check out my other listings for more fun collectibles. Happy to combine shipping when able to do so. Happy to answer all enquiries or provide additional images if needed. I always strive for complete customer satisfaction and provide careful packing to ensure a safe delivery. Thanks for looking!!
