Description: Up for sale is an antique perfume bottle with sterling silver overlay by the La Pierre Company. It measures 4 1/2 inches in height with a 3 inch base diameter and it is engraved with an "M". Please notice that the top is broken and is held in place with a wine cork (see photos). No other repairs on the bottle itself. The interior is milky consistent with age and use. It is marked "L" & "STERLING" on bottle neck above the engraved 'M'. This was a family piece and belonged to my husband's grandparents who were married in the early 1900s and this would have been a wedding gift.
