Description: A fine Spanish Colonial oil on tin retablo of Saint Teresa in worship, likely late 18th century. It is very well rendered with lots of detail! Overall it is in good condition for age with typical wear. Painting has some surface soiling/ toning, small scattered paint loss throughout, small bends to tin sheet, etc. The exotic wood veneered frame is from the 19th century. It has some small losses, general wear, and four small holes at corners likely where metal decorative mounts once were. Please see all photos for condition. A nice painting to add to your Colonial collection! Measures approximately 13” x 10-75” framed Ships well packed and fully insured!
