He was fourteen years old when he appeared in Warsaw, where his father, Jan Konstantin, together with V. Tsier, opened the company “Norblin and K” with a factory for the production of bronze and silver products. After the death of his father (1828), Vincent entered the business. In 1865, the company was bought by Vincent's son and daughter, Ludwik and Albertina. In 1882, the company acquired the plant from the Buch brothers. In 1893, Norblin and Co., the Bukh Brothers and Temler and Co. organized the Joint Stock Company of Norblin, Bukh Brothers and T.
