Description: Lovely antique Copper clad tin-lined Jello or Pudding Mold. Hanging ring. The bottom has a design similar to the "Spritz" cookies, only larger, so I refer to it as a "Spritz Star". Victorian era mould was probably meant as jelly mold, but is perfect for Jellos, Cakes, Chocolate, Ice cream, more. Lots of detail. Hanger is riveted on and is completely intact. No manufacturer name I can see. SIZE: Approx 5 7/8" diameter and 3 1/4" high CONDITION: Pre owned, PATINA as you would expect, with age-darkened copper, age darkened tin, few dents, dings, etc, from 100 years of use. Please note that the area near ring, about 1/4 of the mold has a dull appearance to the copper. I started rubbing it off, and it is more shiny, like the rest of the mold, underneath. I left it as is, since the "dull" patina is rather cool. But you can buff it off if you want. A sweet piece, and one that you will be happy to add to your collection, and USE! Please see my other items listed. Thanks for looking, and good luck bidding . CHECK OUT my other books and items Listed, currently and in future. I list as much as, and as quickly as I can. PLEASE READ: If purchasing multiple items, PLEASE WAIT FOR MY INVOICE!! I will contact winning bidder within 3 days auction's end, usually same or next day. Must receive payment within 10 days.
