Description: My collection of old metal and cast iron is being listed currently. This is a rare collectible item for the kitchenware collector and pancake lover. This is steel vintage or antique campfire or wood stove primitive flip flop griddle cooking press flapjack, pancakes, meat, hamburger potatoes, etc flippable pan with three hinged covers . it is steel and weighs approx 2 1/3 pounds unpacked. A magnet sticks to it. I have tried to clean it, as best I could without access to lye, and I put vegetable oil on it to keep it from rusting waiting for it to sell. It can be washed again and if you have access to lye can remove any baked on foodand then re oiled and baked to season it better than I tried to do. Measures approx 16 inch x 5 1/4" and has three hinged flippable covers where you can flop it back on the grill or stove. The white in the photos is lint from a paper towel I tried to wipe excess corn oil from it. Please see photos for actual item and condition.
