The mark on the bottom is the red orange RSK Made in Austria mark that was used from 1899-1905.The design is stunning with a curved handle and hand painted florals with enameled gold details. In great condition with no chips or cracks. It stands about 6" tall and 3.25" across. This is a beautiful piece that would be a great addition to your collection. I have not cleaned this item aside from a light dust off. Light soiling, dust, old age toning, dents, paint loss could be present along with other minor wear consistent with age.
