Blue velvet upholstery and it has been in the same family since it was first purchased.The set is in amazing condition for its age and use. There is only slight wear on some of the trim on the upholstery, please see photos. The framed photo above the settee is of the late owners mother, she is the daughter or granddaughter of the original purchaser and it has been lovingly passed down and cared for through the family. Beautifully carved with some inlay and on castors. The set includes the center settee, the woman’s chair and the man’s chair. It was standard in a set like this to have as maller, often curvier chair for a woman and a larger usually more angular chair for a man.
