Victorians used these brooches as hair holders, the mourning had an oval glass cover in the back….it is missing on this piece….it has a hinged Victorian long pin pin and C clasp….Measures approx 1 1/4” wide and 2” long….for over 100 + years it’s in great preloved condition…..please see all my photos as they are part of my description…..
