Description: Heavy weight, quality constructed, antique cast iron and brass surface/rim lock from Yale circa late 19th, early 20th Century (?). As found. Uncleaned/polished/oiled. In good/very good, used, period condition, with a bit of rust to the keeper. The locking button may need adjustment, although I think that this lock is made to be compatible with an exterior cylinder lock so maybe not? Stamped " YALE" on brass latch turn. A quality built piece.
