Description: Welcome Description Antique Zenith Unique Solid Silver Pocket Watch Grand Prix Paris France 1900 - Zenith solid silver pocket watch with floral decoration. - Hallmark swan 800/1000 on the stem of the bail, bowl, dust cover and edge of the box in use from 1893 to 1970 and number 118 engraved in hollow on the edge of the box. - Dust cover engraved with the medals obtained during the universal exhibitions with the mentions Grand Prix Paris 1900 and gold medals Geneva 1896 and marked Zenith and the numbers 118 and number 6 engraved in hollow. - Back of the bowl guilloche and chiseled with floral decoration and smooth bezel and edge of the watch edge. - White enamel dial marked Zenith in full, Roman numerals for the hours, railroad graduation for the minutes, second hand at six hours. - Louis XV hands in gilt metal for the hours and minutes and second hand hands in gilt metal, slightly domed and beveled mineral glass. - Movement in gilt brass signed engraved in hollow on the Zenith plate, barrel and crown wheel in polished steel, jeweled with 15 jewels, escapement with anchor, visible lifts, double compensated balance plate, Breguet hairspring. - Advance and delay rack located above the balance wheel, winding pendant and time setting by pulling on the top of the winding crown By turning clockwise. - Note small shock on the edge of the box see photos. - In perfect working order revised by a watchmaker. - Period late 19th early 20th century around 1893-1918. - Total weight: 84.65 grams.
