Perhaps any markings on the box will lead you to its origin. It is pictured behind the Erzebirge village (variety of 5) small buildings and houses. I find that if this is in the background, in the foreground, the small tree with candles frames the key putz figures of the farmer or shepherd, the pig and his marvelous little dog who has great features close up. I think this scale works. And, it's a wonderful decoration at Christmas should the buyer live in an apartment or small cottage.
