Description: Available for purchase is a standalone logic board from the renowned Mac Mini Developer Transition Kit. This kit featured some of the earliest Apple Silicon technology and was originally offered exclusively to developers on a rental basis. Before the launch of the M1 Mac mini, all DTK units were recalled and subsequently destroyed, making these boards quite rare and sought after. I acquired this board from China with the intention of restoring it to working condition. There was a cut on the board that I have temporarily repaired, and it successfully powered on and connected to DFU mode on macOS. This board is a CPFM 01 (Development) fused model, which is not what I needed. I would recommend further work needs to be done to the cut area and some protection added. There is a risk that shorts may come back, even during shipping. I had brought this back using a current limited power supply and the board was around 0.125A when showing up on DFU, anything more could be a short. As such, it serves as an internal Apple testing and development board. Since I have not been able to test the board further, I am selling as Spares or Repair. There is some scratches and damage around the board, so there may be missing components and other damage. I have a couple more boards for sale, if you were interested in purchasing multiples. The Board is shipped from Japan. I will ship via Tracked Airmail but it can take 3 - 4 weeks for you to receive overseas.
