All threads are precision rolled after heat treatment to provide incredible longer fatigue strength than OEM bolting. The ARP2000 cap screws are special for racing application and high performance engines. The tensile strength of ARP2000 cap screw has minimum 220,000 PSI. 3/8” diameter cap screw replaces most foreign engines 8mm bolts.
