Description: What an awesome little Flat Hand Lamp SHELL by Atterbury and Introduced in 1868 Patent Embossed on bottom base reads:PATD June 30 1868(June has a backwards "N")Clear Finger Lamp with blown Handle (note the "bulge" on the handle)Approx 4" tall x 4 dia The P&A burner has been left in its as found condition,The thumbwheel wheel moves smoothlyThe outer rim on the top of canopy has a pretty pattern embossed into the brassThere is a build up of oil on the canopy but am not sure abt any corrosion Sits nice & flat to surface - One of the oldest lamps I have ever ownedGreat vintage condition, age appropriate markings from past use Other conditions: Nice pre-owned condition, burner left as found, base has a divot on upper surface of rim, does not interfere with outer rim (could be a bubble burst), couple air trapped bubbles 14 Day Return Policy - Most items we sell can be visually inspected.
