NM - near mint- means really clean copy with nice spine, no creases and clean front (fc)/back cover (bc) but will have some slight errors to make it not mint (psa 8 level). EM - is ex mint- means it is a clean copy but will have a flaw like a small crease, bends or spine breaks. However it is in nice shape (psa 6 level). Ex - will have a significant flaw like major crease, rough spine, slight stain but complete and quality filler copy (psa 4-5 level).
