They are printed on clear, adhesive backed paper. They fit the Chevrolet Caprice Police Cruiser. They will probably fit other 1/64 cars as well. They look their best when applied to a white or light colored surface. I redrew the artwork using the original designs with graphics software. They are die cut so you just peel and stick!.
