It is Austrian Army from 1997 but it's made like a combination of the 65 and 51 US field jackets. It has buttons and zipper, like the 51 and a zippered hood like the 65. It's made of OG 107 sateen material and is a really well designed piece of gear. I have no idea how to read the size so check below for measurements. Measurements: 26.5 inches across the chest at armpit level 22.5 inches across the shoulders 25 inches down the sleeve from the shoulder seam to the cuff
