MINIMAL ASSEMBLYWhen shipped, the chairs' back rest is taken off to fit the chairs into a 30in box. That is the only assembly needed (and it's only 4 screws). If you pick them up locally, I can put on the back rest on for you. SHIPPINGIf shipped, packaging would be about 38 lbs. Each box's dimensions are 31 x 31 x 31 inches. Packaging materials adds a handling fee. Shipping must be insured for full price of each chair.
