The necklaces are 26 inch adjustable ball chain design as pictured. These Autism Medical Alert ID Tags are approximately 2" x 1-1/5" in size and light but durable. They are made out of anodized aluminum and are water and rust resistant so they may be worn in a pool, shower, etc. Why 2 necklaces? As parents of an autistic child we know that it is often best to have a back up so that is why we sell these two at a time. How do I get my customization information to you? Ordering is EXTREMELY EASY: 1. Click on the Buy-It-Now button and choose how many pairs would like to purchase. Pairs are 2 necklaces with identical engravings. 2. Once payment is sent, contact us through eBay's messaging system or wait for us to contact you (usually within an hour except late at night eastern time) and you will recieve an email from us containing a simple template you fill out to complete your order. (Note: All colors engrave a bright White) - -What to engrave on front (below symbol and above the word OVER): There is room under the symbol to engrave up to 3 lines up to 21 characters each (Font size will be made larger if you use less than 21 characters) - - - -What to engrave on the back: There is room on the back of your Medical Alert ID Tag for up to 5 lines of 25 characters each.
