The copyright for this pamphlet is 1926. The contents contain quite a bit of information about cocoa itself, and Reichardt’s wind-sifted process. Part II is chock full of recipes utilizing cocoa in cakes, pies, candies, and beverages. The booklet was printed in Germany. .
