Description: Excellent quality Bamana/Bambara door lock. I’ve owned a handful and this one stands out as being in the upper echelon. It’s been expertly mounted to museum standards. The display is quite beautiful. It will fit into an ultra modern decor with high end finishes or into an old display of antique tribal and primitive items just the same. Although vintage or antique its design almost looks like modern sculptural art. I’d guess this example is earlier 20th century. It was part of an old collection I purchased at auction. The auction house I attained it from is one of the more prestigious on the east coast. The condition is excellent. Dimensions roughly 10”x11”. Ships ASAP!
