All are brand new, never gnawed, licked, chewed or otherwise molested by critters except as described below. We are a pet friendly family business. Our animals (two German shepherds, two Lhasa apsos and three cats) are an integral part of our family and business. Our dogs 'shop' through each delivery of Bark toys and pick out one new toy each with each and every shipment. While we do go over every item before shipment, there is a chance we missed a GSD or cat hair. If a stray hair that is not your pet's hair is on your item and you are likely to freak out, we respectfully suggest that you shop with another reputable ebay seller.
