Here we have a beautiful fine crystal BALLOON OR OVERSIZED WINE GLASS in the "Bacchante" pattern displaying a frosted nude female stem with a wrapped garland of grapes and leaves trailing down her rear leg made by BAYEL of France (for Golden Crown, E&R.) It retains its original foil sticker which reads, "GOLDEN CROWN ~ (Crown symbol) ~ E&R ~ FRANCE." It measures approx. 7-3/4" high x 2-3/4" in top opening diameter x 3-1/8" in base diameter, can hold up to 16 ounces...to the brim. It is in excellent maintained (barely/hardly used) condition with no chips or cracks, no damage noted...appearing to have had very minimal use if any at all. Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown, pattern discontinued, production run 1976 to 1981. This item weighs approx. 1/2 lb., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased. Payment and shipping...
