There are heavy scuffs and scratches on the device. There is some discoloration on the device. The model information sticker is very worn. There are some minor dents on the top of the device. There are some scratches on the display. I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord.The device showed an error message "E319" even after turning the device on/off. I was able to test the display to be working with no issues. There are no lines or dead pixels in the display. I was able to push the buttons with ease. All main functions and ports are untested. No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources. The device is being sold for repair, refurbishment or reuse by the buyer.
