The tail alone is 19 inches long, the strap with Velcro is an additional 21 inches and the other strap is 15.5 inches with a 2 inch loop buckle. **** For sizing around waist- largest size would be about 28” inches diameter and smallest size would fit about 22” diameter. * There is discoloration where the tail would be touching the floor and a spot/small stain 6” from top of tail.
