The cream and red color scheme, along with the famous reversed TEXACO logo, make it a standout piece. The model is made of high-quality diecast material. The vehicle is a Ford F100 pickup, with a scale of 1:48. The model is perfect for collectors or as a gift for someone who appreciates vintage vehicles. I purchased this for my display thinking I might add a few lighted vehicles, but mostly because of the REVERSED TEXACO LOGO. It is somewhat famous on the various O Gauge boards around the internet. I got tired of finding a place for the cord, so I cut the leads and pushed the remaining wire back up into the truck, but I saved the extension that plugs into the transformer feed. It is included if you want to make the headlights on the truck light up. It is easy to take the chassis off and connect the extension back to the truck. The truck is not perfect, but still displays well, please see the photos for condition. It comes with the original clear packing sleeve but not the original box. Of course the box that is included is just like the original except for the label. Again, see the photos. This item will be bubble wrapped and come to you in a small box.
