It comes with an 8 day mechanical movement which has authentic Ansonia style cutting on the movement board. Please note this clock has a back winding arbor, just like the original, not one of those lower quality swinger that has a front winding. Also all the numerals on the front are pinned to the surface, not glued. Please see the last picture and you can find the pins inside the upper ball. The whole clock is measured in 25" tall. While the clock is running, the clock arm is swinging left to right and right to left continuously on the brass statue. The clock portion is in cobalt blue color and the statue has old polished brass finish. This clock is in good running condition and runs 8 days. All parts of this clock was made of solid brass and steel. Although it's not an antique, it's highly collectible and extremely hard to find an original one.
