This tape dispenser is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular use but nothing that would affect functionality. Notes: This tape dispensers bottle was filled with water and the lever was pulled to different lengths. The unit dispensed tape at the length the lever was pulled. The cutting blade could stand to be sharpened, as the lever must be pushed back with decent force to make a clean cut. The brush is old and has some gum buildup but still works well. The lever seems to be a little worn out and wont dispense the correct amount of tape without actuating it with a swift and full motion. Overall, the unit does function as intended. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
