The Dust Jacket (please excuse the glare from my scanner and the larger size DJ is partially cut off in the scans) has a wrap around art spine and is in Very Good Plus condition with some small pieces out top and bottom of DJ spine and check marks in pencil next to the titles DJ front Flap fold and DJ back cover---otherwise a decent copy of this RARE book.
