The Transfer paper looks like one big sheet of clear tape! we will have it pre-applied for you so your decal will be ready to apply as soon as you get it! (no need to purchase separately) Decals are all made and shipped within the USA. Instructions for decal placement: Remove the transfer paper with your decal attached to it!, leaving the backing paper blank and your decal stuck to the clear transfer, add to whatever surface you want, squeeze it down with a squeegee or a credit card and carefully peel the transfer paper up, be very gentle and try to lift it off the decal with your hand as close to the surface as possible!!! We don't want anything to get out of place. Please take your time when placing your decal and make sure to press it down firmly! **Decals are not removeable to replace on other surfaces, they will lose their adhesive and get warped if pulled off surfaces to stick elsewhere.
