This is the newest innovation from the Musashi brand, two swords sheathed in one Saya. The katana of the pair is a standard Stainless Steel sword. However, the surprise comes from the saya. The saya splits down the middle to reveal a wakizashi with the sageo as the handle. When the sword is sheathed it is as solid as any katana.Attributes of the Weapon:- Blade: The blades of the swords are 440 stainless steel with a factory hamon along the edge. The blades come slightly sharpened.- Saya (scabbard): The saya of the sword is wooden with a black high gloss finish. The scabbard throat is patterned steel with Musashi's double ring guard in relief. At the center of the saya is an extended sageo acting as the handle of the wakazashi. Where the scabbard splits are two steel fittings.- Tsuba (guard): The tsuba begins with a steel blade collar. The actual tsuba is a hexagon with four sides with stylish cut-outs.- Tsuka (handle): The tsuka is constructed of wood with a nylon wrap. The fuchi is a sakura blossom.
