Description: Up for sale here is an acoustic matrix enclosure for Bose 901 speakers (this a series Vi). I was infatuated with the seemingly “incredible”sound of Bose systems (from an early age) and bought a set (at a yard sale - a couple decades ago) in order to to do some testing and if possible…to learn (as much as I could) what it takes to make my own audio enclosures… and maybe even start my own company building speakers. Anyway, fast forward to today…I don’t have my own line of speakers…(none that I feel are worthy of selling) but anyway. Note: My goal with these was to try different drivers in the 4.5” range size and also different high power amplifiers and see which drivers held up etc….try to determine how the acoustical matrix enclosure (channels) air or expels it (especially under high power and wide dynamic range audio such as Telarc’s Time Warp. From all of my testing I can say I definitely learned a lot! - I even considered getting a job a Bose at one time. Elected to sell these; one per listing ONLY because it gets crazy expensive to ship a pair. That said: These will ship usps advantage post.
