It is also a good replacement for the A70 series I. ***The A60 series II woofer is similar, but the screw hole mounting is completely different and the outside diameter is 8.875". This woofer will NOT fit A60 series II speakers, only series I. Your A60 speaker will only say if it is series II on the back of the cabinet by the terminal cup. If it just says A60 with nothing after it then you have series I. Please visit our Ebay store if you need the woofer for the series II. Price is for one woofer. Please change quantity to order more. The original A60 series 1 woofer has been discontinued from Boston Acoustics, so we had these custom made by a manufacture right here in the USA. Yes that is right, these are not made overseas. All the specs and parameters were copied to ensure similar sound and exact physical fit (series I ONLY). Same impedance (Re: 4.4 ohm), basket size and screw holes, so you do not have to modify the cabinet at all. The Boston A60 speakers say 8 ohms on the back of the cabinet, but the DC Resistance on the woofers are around 4.4 ohms. Made and Designed in MPLS, MN USA.
